About The Position

This role performs administrative and office support activities for multiple managers and supervisors in the Food & Beverage Department. Primary functions include invoice entry, inventory, fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing inquiries, and organizing.

Requirements

  • Food & Beverage product knowledge preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Effective business writing skills (grammar, vocabulary, clarity, and brevity).
  • Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
  • Able to analyze, interpret and present data in various formats.
  • Able to work with computers, faxes, copiers, scanners and various other technologies in offices and on resort.
  • Maintains office, employee and company confidentiality at all times.
  • Exemplifies professional conduct and adherence to company Core Values.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Combination of education and experience that enables performance of all aspects of the position.
  • Ability to work both in office environment and in restaurant environments.
  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear and taste or smell.
  • The employee is frequently required to walk and climb or balance.
  • The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Evenings, weekends and holidays are a regular part of the schedule.
  • Must have excellent attendance and conduct record for consideration.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support to the Food & Beverage department.
  • Perform physical count of inventory monthly.
  • Enter inventory items into FoodTrak.
  • Collect and process invoices and transfers for Food & Beverage in FoodTrak.
  • Do weekly alcohol orders.
  • Keep inventory of and re-order departmental office supplies.
  • Maintain copies of regularly used forms and documents for management office.
  • Assist departmental supervisors and managers to format, create, update, and audit departmental procedural checklists, training documents, and other related records as needed.
  • Maintain and update departmental documents to include, but not limited to; manuals, forms, handouts, checklists, seasonal reminders, as necessary and at the request of department management.
  • Maintain office filing system.
  • Other duties as assigned.
