Requirements

  • Proactive and self-organized.
  • Ability to manage through a substantial workload.
  • Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines.
  • Flexibility (different shifts –days, nights, weekends, and holidays).

Nice To Haves

  • Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and general food safety standards knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Pulls and stacks products based on daily orders.
  • Monitors product quality frequently and reports problems to mitigate safety issues.
  • Inspects items and executes inventory as assigned.
  • Receive, store, and assemble equipment and supplies according to airline specifications.
  • Ensure exact number of Equipment and Beverage is always accurately packed and ready for each flight.
  • Ensure all stocks received and replenishments are documented properly.
  • Flexibility to perform assigned tasks independently or as part of a work team and to work all shifts and all holidays and be present for all cycle changes
  • Ability to be cross trained in different areas (e.g. Tray-Setting and Food Assembly)
  • Outgoing personality and professional behavior to interact and work well with a diverse group of people and departmental functions inside the organization
  • High organization skills to plan assigned work to ensure on-time delivery of finished product and to manage multiple priorities and meet frequent short timeline goals and deadlines
  • Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and general food safety standards knowledge is preferred.
  • Lead a team of helpers, building professional relationships and supporting individual team members in meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Train new hires and make sure all training sessions are recorded
  • Other duties as assigned.
