Must be able to read, write and handle multiple food products (fish, beef, pork, poultry and other food products)
Responsibilities
Assemble food items including tray setup. Follow airline specifications which usually include tray setting for hot meals, cold meals, salad, snacks, bread, butter, and condiments
Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook. Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager
