• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain food and beverage equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of food storage areas and preparation zones for compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of food safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen appliances and beverage dispensers.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in food and beverage technology.
