Job Summary As Food and Beverage Supervisor, responsibilities include: helping train and schedule part time staff, helping cultivate a diverse profitable menu, organizing and cleaning concessions area. Job Description Core Responsibilities Assist Director of Business Operations with day to day operating of concessions for Flyers Training Center. Continually look for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency Train part time staff as needed Assist Director of Business Operations with ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety to handling complaints and queries Assist Director of Business Operations with cultivating menu, ordering and purchasing inventory/supplies Assist with daily duties for the Office Manager and General Manager. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in the food service field
