Boasting 393 rooms, 3 Food & Beverage Outlets, and 23,000 square feet of meeting space, this beautifully vibrant property offers a great next step for a talented/experienced food and beverage leader looking for a new and exciting career move. The ideal candidate will be an energetic leader who enjoys being hands on, has strong communication skills

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a F&B leadership role
  • Open availability, with weekend and holiday work required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous union and Banquets experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
  • Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
  • Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
