They help oversee the daily operations of the F&B department, including sanitation and safety, customer service, and team member management. This position is responsible for the opening and closing of the operation, cash handling responsibilities, following proper liquor and bar procedures, food preparation and service, and the ordering, receiving, and stocking of food and related items. This position may require flexible scheduling availability.
