What you will have an opportunity to do: The Bradley Hotel is seeking an enthusiac AM Working F&B Supervisor and PM Working F&B Supervisor to oversea the operations on our Birdie's and Arbor restaurants. PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The Working F&B Supervisor will supervise and assist in the day-to-day operations of Birdie’s and Arbor. Ensures that employee and guest satisfaction are exceeded by assessing the customer needs, meeting quality standards for service and continued evaluation of external and internal guest satisfaction. The Working F&B Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining the highest customer service standards in Birdie’s and Arbor restaurants. The Working F&B Supervisor will ensure all aspects of the restaurants are operating in accordance to established policies and procedures to include cash control, property promotions, alcoholic beverage menus, and overall housekeeping and maintenance respective areas of responsibility. The Working F&B Supervisor will ensure that all aspects of customer service are successfully executed in order to maintain a loyal following amongst guests, thus increasing business and furthering the restaurants’ reputation of providing a quality experience.
