-Monitor food & beverage staff and ensure service delivery exceeds guest expectations. -Assist with managing food & beverage operations for the restaurant, banquets, lounge bar and room service. -Be hands on and physically support food & beverage and banquet staff to ensure guests are taken care of and business needs are consistently met. -Train new hires. -Inspect side work to ensure opening and closing duties are consistently practiced. -Resolve guest related issues or complaints regarding service and food and beverages.
