You will play a key role in supporting the outlet manager with daily operations and financial oversight of the restaurant. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will: Assist the Food & Beverage outlet management team in delivering outstanding guest experiences. Create a welcoming and festive dining atmosphere for all guests. Drive restaurant performance by increasing sales and reducing service complaints. Lead and participate in team member training programs to ensure consistent service excellence. Prepare and manage employee schedules for all service team members. Enforce company and department grooming and service standards. Actively participate in the company’s Monthly Goals & Measurements Program to meet operational objectives.
