About The Position

Hilton Garden Inn Highlands Ranch is seeking a Food & Beverage Service Specialist to join our hospitality team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys cooking, interacting with guests, and taking pride in providing excellent dining experiences. You will prepare fresh menu items and deliver friendly, efficient table service in our hotel restaurant. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who values variety, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or serving (hotel or restaurant experience preferred)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
