Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join the food and beverage team in Chicago's Gold Coast! This Forbes 4-Star property located in downtown Chicago has a Parisian-style charm with 318 rooms, 8,500 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes a restaurant, cocktail lounge, cafe and in-room dining. In this role, you will oversee the hotel's speakeasy, Bernard's, managing a team of 10+, reporting directly to the General Manager of Restaurants & Bars, and assisting in the other 3 food and beverage outlets as needed. The ideal candidate will be an energetic leader with a talent for driving high standards, a passion for creating personalized experiences, and champions a positive culture.
