About The Position

SpringHill Suites by Marriott and Dizzy's Bar & Grill is seeking a hands-on, motivated Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations, including hotel breakfast service and catering. This role is responsible for daily operations, financial performance, and team leadership while ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction are consistently met.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Operationally driven with a hands-on management style
  • Tech-savvy with experience using F&B and hotel systems

Nice To Haves

  • Prior food & beverage or hospitality management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage all F&B operations, including breakfast and catering services
  • Oversee inventories, ordering, and end-of-month (EOM) reporting
  • Develop and manage budgets; control expenses and labor costs
  • Create schedules and ensure proper staffing levels
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop F&B team members
  • Maintain strong communication with hotel leadership and staff
  • Remain operationally involved and lead by example on the floor
  • Utilize technology and systems to manage operations efficiently
