About The Position

Hyatt Place Augusta is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Manager to lead and oversee all dining and beverage operations at our 115-room hotel in Augusta, GA. This role requires a dynamic leader who can enhance guest satisfaction, ensure quality standards, and drive revenue growth in our food and beverage services.

Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably within a hotel environment.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control in food and beverage operations.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the food and beverage department, including restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service operations.
Lead, train, and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver excellent guest experiences and maintain Hyatt Place standards.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial management to maximize profitability.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate seamless guest services and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement creative menus and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to manage expenses effectively.
