About The Position

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring all dining venues provide exemplary customer service to residents, guests and associates. This role promotes a hospitality focused culture, manages the front of house team, and serves as a liaison between guests, residents, and kitchen staff. The manager is also responsible for recording production and operational data, creating effective schedules, planning and forecasting labor by budget, and interviewing, hiring, training, managing, and retaining highly effective associates.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma required
  • Minimum of three years’ food service experience in a supervisory role required
  • POS user experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • A current Food Handler’s Certificate is required
