About The Position

Requirements

• 3+ years in food & beverage management, preferably in a resort or upscale casual environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards and alcohol regulations
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive revenue
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management

Nice To Haves

• ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred
• Ability to work in outdoor, high-traffic settings

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily functions of the bar and grill, including staffing, service delivery, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Hire, train, and supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff; promote a positive and engaging work culture.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, resolve guest concerns quickly, and maintain a welcoming poolside atmosphere.
• Collaborate with culinary staff to develop seasonal menus, specials, and beverage offerings tailored to resident tastes.
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage budgets to ensure profitability.
• Enforce health and safety standards, food handling protocols, and alcohol regulations in accordance with local laws.
• Coordinate with HOA or residential community managers to plan special events, resident tastings, and holiday activations.
• Provide regular performance updates, including sales reports, staffing needs, and service metrics to resort management.
