About The Position

The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and/or banquet services, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining service standards, and supporting the food and beverage team. This role assists in scheduling, training, inventory management, and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with financial management principles and budgeting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.
  • Train, coach, and support team members in service standards and company procedures.
  • Assist with scheduling and labor management to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to complaints or service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Oversee cash handling and point-of-sale operations to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Support the implementation of promotions, events, and seasonal menus in coordination with culinary and marketing teams.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and managing costs.
  • Participate in daily briefings and relay information to the team effectively.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
