The Role As our Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee all food and beverage operations at the hotel, ensuring exceptional service, strong financial performance, and consistent execution of brand standards. You’ll lead teams, manage day‑to‑day operations, and partner with hotel leadership to deliver experiences that guests remember—and return for.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a food & beverage leadership role
  • Strong understanding of service standards, cost controls, and operational efficiency
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Hands‑on leadership style with a guest‑first mindset
  • Professional communication skills and sound decision‑making ability
  • Flexible to work various shifts including holidays and weekends

Nice To Haves

  • Background in hotel or hospitality food & beverage operations strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, breakfast, banquet, and/or event services as applicable
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Lead, train, schedule, and supervise food & beverage staff
  • Develop and maintain a positive, service‑driven team culture
  • Monitor and manage food, beverage, and labor costs to achieve financial goals
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Maintain brand standards, operating procedures, and service expectations
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, and cost controls
  • Coordinate with Sales and Events teams to support group functions and special events
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Assist in developing menus, promotions, and service enhancements as appropriate
