Hilton Orlando is searching for a passionate Food and Beverage Leader-in-Development to join the team! This leadership development program offers resources, support, and hands-on training for future leaders. As a Food and Beverage Leader-in-Development, you will rotate through all six Food & Beverage outlets. You will gain extensive experience in regard to scheduling, ordering, inventory, coaching process, overseeing/supporting operations and so much more. Responsibilities

Supervise and train team members in all food and beverage operations
Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
Demonstrate strong menu and bar knowledge
Maintain cleanliness of the outlets
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, third-party liability, liquor laws and alcohol awareness standards and procedures
Use proper cash handling and accounting procedures to total, process and collect payments from guests
Create revenue-generating promotions
Perform staff and additional duties, as required
