Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1 year of supervisory experience required
  • 6+ months of food & beverage or café experience preferred ☕
  • Strong customer-service, communication, and leadership skills
  • Must be outgoing, enthusiastic, and excited to create fun! 🎉
  • Ability to train and motivate others effectively
  • Must be able to obtain any required local certifications or licenses.
  • Attendance is essential
  • Must be available for flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays
  • Theme parks = active environments—expect lots of walking, standing, and interacting!
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfort with bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, and navigating all attraction areas
  • May be exposed to noise, varying temperatures, and changing light levels
  • Proper PPE required when applicable

  • Experience working with families and children is a BIG plus! 🧒👨‍👩‍👧
  • Microsoft Office Experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee smooth daily operations across F&B, Attractions, and Retail when serving as Supervisor on Duty
  • Assign, delegate, and monitor daily tasks for our front-line team
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver Peppa-perfect service to every guest
  • Maintain and enforce all health & safety procedures
  • Manage guest flow and queues to keep experiences safe and efficient
  • Communicate promptly and professionally when resolving guest concerns
  • Organize and deliver host training (food safety, ride safety, retail standards, etc.)
  • Empower team members to provide exceptional service and effective guest recovery
  • Evaluate performance and coach team members to success
  • Support department tasks like training, stocking, inventory, and scheduling
  • And other fun challenges as assigned—no two days are the same!
