We are seeking a motivated and responsible Food and Beverage Hourly Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support our team in delivering a top-tier entertainment environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, or restaurant management preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional management training is a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the entertainment center, restaurant, and bar to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards
• Manage guest relations, address concerns promptly, and ensure a positive experience
• Assist with training, and supervising team members
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Handle cash register operations, daily financial reporting, and closing procedures
• Other duties as assigned
