Featuring 77 beautifully appointed guest rooms and suites, thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, and multiple distinctive food and beverage venues, this upscale property will be a landmark destination celebrating Medina’s culture, history, and community. As we prepare for opening, we are assembling a high-impact leadership team to establish the culture, service standards, and operational discipline that will define the hotel from day one. We are seeking a proven, strategic, and community-driven Food and Beverage Director to lead the pre-opening phase and launch this property as the premier hospitality destination in the region. Position Summary The Food and Beverage Director holds full operational and financial responsibility for all food and beverage operations, including its multiple on-property venues. This leader will drive performance, build a strong service culture, and ensure Marriott brand excellence. This role requires a hands-on executive with significant full-service and high-end F&B experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead in a complex pre-opening environment.
