About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Food & Beverage Director to oversee and manage the operations of our multi-concept food and beverage venues: a full-service bar, a drive-through coffee operation, and a counter-service restaurant. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality that ensures an exceptional guest experience across all touchpoints. Role and Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Develop and implement strategic plans for each F&B outlet to drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Lead and mentor managers and supervisors across all locations; foster a culture of accountability, service, and teamwork. Collaborate with ownership and the executive team to align F&B goals with the company’s broader objectives. Operations Management Oversee day-to-day operations of the bar, coffee drive-thru, and counter-service restaurant. Ensure consistency and quality in food, beverage, and service standards. Establish and monitor SOPs, safety standards, and operational workflows to maximize efficiency. Schedule and forecast labor needs based on volume, seasonality, and trends. Financial Oversight Create and manage budgets, P&Ls, and cost controls for all outlets. Monitor sales performance, labor costs, food & beverage costs, and inventory management. Drive revenue through menu innovation, promotions, upselling initiatives, and customer engagement. Team Management & Development Recruit, hire, train, and develop management teams and hourly staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement. Foster a positive work environment that supports retention, growth, and a high standard of service. Guest Experience & Brand Integrity Ensure each venue maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through regular feedback loops, service audits, and hands-on leadership. Uphold brand standards while allowing for innovation and creativity specific to each concept. Compliance & Safety Maintain compliance with all health, safety, licensing, and labor regulations. Implement training programs around food safety, responsible alcohol service, and emergency procedures.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of multi-unit or senior-level F&B management experience, ideally overseeing varied concepts (coffee, casual dining, bar).
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and diverse food & beverage operations.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, and cost controls.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills; capable of managing competing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong understanding of POS systems, inventory platforms, and scheduling tools.
  • Food Safety Certification and Alcohol Service Training (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS) required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience launching or scaling new F&B concepts or locations.
  • Background in bar or specialty coffee operations is a strong plus.
  • Passion for hospitality, innovation, and creating memorable guest experiences.
