About The Position

The Food & Beverage Director is responsible for the overall strategic leadership and daily management of all food and beverage outlets, banquets, bars, lounges, and culinary operations. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, financial performance, and alignment with brand standards. The Director oversees all F&B team members, managers and chefs, drives profitability, ensures safety and compliance, develops departmental leaders, and executes property-wide strategies to elevate service, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in the Food and Beverage or hospitality field.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Demonstrated success in strategic planning and achieving measurable business outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Required to pass a background check.
Required to pass a drug test.
Prove eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Overall strategic leadership and daily management of all food and beverage outlets, banquets, bars, lounges, and culinary operations.
Ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, financial performance, and alignment with brand standards.
Overseeing all F&B team members, managers and chefs.
Driving profitability.
Ensuring safety and compliance.
Developing departmental leaders.
Executing property-wide strategies to elevate service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
Assisting in outlet menu design and development, including conducting quarterly menu item sales analysis for each outlet.
Developing and implementing training programs that support increased profitability, safety, and security standards.
Analyzing monthly Food & Beverage P&L statements and executing corrective action plans as needed to improve performance.
Supporting catering operations by fielding inquiries and assisting with event coordination.
Administering proactive labor and inventory management programs, including establishing and maintaining par levels across all F&B areas.
Ensuring compliance with company procedures for product ordering, receiving, inventory control, and cash handling.
Collaborating with outlet managers to maintain proper operations, service standards, and accurate scheduling aligned with staff-to-sales guidelines.
Conducting regular inspections and audits of F&B outlets to ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, inventory accuracy, and company performance programs.
Directly supervising team members at the location, ensuring smooth operations.
Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Training, coaching, and mentoring team members to maintain high performance standards.
Planning, assigning, and directing work to ensure efficient workflow.
Assisting in appraising performance and rewarding team members for their contributions.
Addressing complaints.
