About The Position

Allegan Event is looking for friendly, reliable team members to join our Food & Beverage team. Our crew helps fuel the fun by serving hand-tossed pizzas, snacks, drinks, and treats to families visiting the park. This is a fast-paced role where guest service, teamwork, and attention to cleanliness and safety are key. If you enjoy working with people and being part of an energetic environment, we would love to meet you.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Weekend and evening availability required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong guest service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable, positive attitude, and team-oriented
Willing to follow company uniform and grooming standards

Nice To Haves

Previous food service experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, welcoming service to every guest.
Take food and beverage orders at the register and deliver orders to guests.
Prepare food items such as pizza, snacks, ice cream, fountain drinks and alcoholic drinks.
Operate the POS system and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
Keep the food service area clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members at all times.
