About The Position

Join our food and beverage team at Flipside as an Attendant and contribute to creating a welcoming and efficient dining environment for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, processing payments, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with safety and alcohol service standards. This entry-level position requires a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a food handler's card.
• Ability to obtain a State-issued Alcoholic Beverage License.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Knowledge of food and beverage handling practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from guests in a proper, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Uphold a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the cashier station, menus, and other necessary tools.
• Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification.
• Maintain stock levels of goods for the condiment area, dining room, and front counter.
• Process financial transactions and guest payments accurately.
• Promote a fun, friendly, and safe environment.
