The Pool Bar Attendant is responsible for providing 5-star service to our guests when they are visiting the juice bar and pool at the Wellhouse. This position is the front line impression of the food and beverage service that our guests will receive when visiting the Wellhouse. Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests. Must have a positive attitude & willingness to perform to highest ability daily, have good organizational and disciplined skills, be guest focus orientated, and be passionate to be part of something great and making a difference. Uniform: spa coordinator pants, shirt, and shoes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Must comply with all company policies and procedures. Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential functions of this position. Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests. Must have the flexibility to work nights and weekends. Requirements

High school diploma
Microsoft Office computer skills
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members
Basic math skills
Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
Must be able to lift up to 35lbs
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Must be able to climb stairs
Must be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart

Responsibilities

Provide a warm, friendly and attentive service both at the juice bar and poolside for all guests
Preparation and Execution of the Following Non-Alcoholic Drinks: o Coffee o Espresso o Fresh Juices o Fresh Smoothies o Espresso Service
Preparation and Sale of the Following Alcoholic Drinks: o Wines by the Glass o Beer o Pre Mixed Liquor Drinks (margarita, etc.)
Sale of Premade/Packaged Food
Restock or premade food and discard of expired premade foods
Restock of all alcohol daily/weekly
Charging of all alcohol/drinks, food as it is sold to guests
Assist with maintaining cleanliness in the juice bar
Complete daily task list
