JOB SUMMARY: Prepare, cook, and server customers in outlets within casino. DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: None KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Takes orders from customers and serves the order when ready. Rings in the order on the register correctly and accepts payment. Stocks and replenishes condiments, napkins, straws and other counter items. Cleans counters, tables and trays Helps put trucks away on delivery day Will make sure that all money and paperwork is in an orderly manner everyday Assists with daily preparations Cooks food according to what is ordered by customers Prepares produce for service. Cuts meat. Follows prescribed sanitary safeguards in handling all food and cleaning all surfaces. Will abide by all safety requirements as outlined in the Safety Manual or as required by individual departments and/or job functions. Other duties as assigned.
