Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch hospitality in a team-oriented setting.
- Waiting, taking orders, setting and bussing tables, serving, and ensuring a pleasant dining room appearance.
- Assist with dishwashing, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Complete all shift duties, including stocking, POS entries, and dining room arrangement.
- Know every menu item and special to confidently answer diners’ questions.
- Record mealtime transactions according to Civitas policies & procedures.
- Interact with residents and guests and respond to their dining needs.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, food handling procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Follow all food and beverage protocols and procedures in alignment with our mission.
