About The Position

CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Folio Specialist within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a minimum 96% accuracy on all audited folios and achieving the production goal set by the Team Lead. You will report directly to the Folio Department Supervisor and regularly collaborate with policyholders, hotel chains, and brands. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 2+ years of job-related experience preferred
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, be very organized, have strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi task, and be a team player
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position
  • Exhibits strong business acumen and sound judgement
  • Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with internal and external people in the course of work
  • Ability to assist coworkers with tasks

Responsibilities

  • Reconciling the folio with our internal database and online bank account
  • Determining which folio discrepancies can be billed vs. need resolution while following department procedures
  • Delivering high levels of customer service to policyholders when processing reimbursement checks
  • Assisting with or fully completing resolutions to folio discrepancies with hotels via fax, email, or phone
  • Processing high-priority customer requests with expediency.
  • Requesting folios with the hotel as needed
  • Maintain internal databases to ensure all relevant information is noted
  • Adapt to process changes while maintaining production and accuracy
  • Work overtime when needed
  • Other duties as assigned
