Requirements

  • Ability to read and understand written instructions
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Must be mechanically inclined
  • Ability to use Computers, Google Suite and/or Microsoft
  • Must be able to lift and carry 65lbs, stand for 12 hours, climb ladders up to 15ft
  • Must be able to differentiate and match color for foil jobs

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in foil and embossing preferred
  • Technical training with printing concentration preferred

Responsibilities

  • Pulls and files supplies needed and throughout the day ensuring the correct die is used per job
  • Orders dies and foil for new jobs, as well as reprints and maintains inventory
  • Works internally with department supervisors and external supervisors to ensure proper work flow/quality of jobs
  • Performs general housekeeping duties including destroying and disposing of old materials
  • Verifies job tickets and specifications to ensure materials, dies, and foils match production requirements
  • Tracks and documents die usage, condition, and location to support accuracy and traceability
  • Communicates material shortages or issues proactively to supervisors to prevent production delays
  • Assists with staging materials for upcoming jobs to support efficient press setup and changeovers
  • Follows quality standards to minimize waste and ensure consistency
  • Adheres to and promote all safety policies and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned
