This role requires a dedicated focus on guest service, bar and dining room operational support, and team efficiency. Guest & Team Service Exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of your way to accommodate our guests. Adapt to accommodate the changing needs of the restaurant and guests. Maintain a high-level of professionalism and community. Respect guests' right of way. Support the bartenders and captains to ensure that guests are attended to. Bar Operations & Maintenance Ensure there is always enough backup liquor. Retrieve alcohol from the storage area if the bartender runs out. Pick up empty glasses and bottles from the tables and outside the bar. Wipe down tables and bar tops. Re-stock garnishes, mixes, glasses, and ice. Dining Room Operations & Support Set, organize, and restock the service area. Set and reset the dining room as needed for service. Perform table maintenance (clearing, wiping, tidying). Pick up food from the pass and deliver it to tables (food running). Return all items to their zoned location. Process togo orders Perform other tasks as assigned.
