The Front of House Supervisor plays a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting efficient, organized, and compliant daily operations across both concepts. The Front of House Supervisor is a hands-on leader who supports front-of-house operations through active floor presence, coaching, and operational oversight. This role is responsible for maintaining high service standards, ensuring safety and sanitation compliance, supporting staff development, and collaborating closely with BOH and leadership teams to drive consistency, efficiency, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
