About The Position

A Shift Leader at Chick-fil-A plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by guiding team members, upholding our high standards of service, and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment. Shift Leaders set the tone for excellence, helping create remarkable guest experiences while supporting the growth and development of those they lead. ROLE PURPOSE Oversee daily shift operations, effectively lead the team, and ensure guests are given a remarkable experience

Requirements

  • Open: At least once a week
  • Close: At least once a week
  • Must be able to work Friday & Saturday

Responsibilities

  • Serve Guests through the Winning Hearts Everyday Strategy
  • Lead & Develop Team Members
  • Enforce policies and fulfill operational goals
  • Ensure faithful financial stewardship in the business
  • Influence culture and ensure implementation of Restaurant Framework
  • Execution of Pathway, Genuine Hospitality, 2nd Mile Service, and other WHED Strategies.
  • Guest Recovery
  • Team Member & Leadership Accountability
  • Keep up to date with Labor Laws & Pathway knowledge.
  • Track Daily, Weekly, Monthly Cleaning Tasks
  • Oversee and ensure effectiveness of New Hire Training

  • Oversee New-Hire, Team Member, & Trainer development
  • Create a high energy, competitive atmosphere

  • Ensure next shifts are set up for success
  • Managage Productivity/Labor
