What You’ll Do Oversee daily FOH operations in the restaurant, bar, and event spaces Support the team with training, scheduling, and coaching Check in with guests, resolve concerns, and keep service flowing Assist with ordering, inventory, and managing stock levels Partner with managers on menus, specials, and creative ways to drive sales Ensure compliance with Serve Safe, TIPS, and health and safety standards Jump in on events to help with setup, service, and breakdown Lead by example with Spare Time’s Code S.E.R.V.E. service standards What We’re Looking For 2+ years in food service or hospitality At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or shift lead role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and a smile Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling Current SERV Safe certification (or ability to obtain) Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Why Join Us High-energy, fast-paced work environment Opportunities to lead and grow in hospitality A team that’s passionate about making every visit unforgettable Ready to help us deliver great service and memorable experiences?
