We are seeking an experienced Front of House Restaurant Manager to lead service, develop teams, and drive exceptional guest experiences across our concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong understanding of FOH operations and service standards
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for hospitality, food, wine, and cocktails
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and service execution
• Act as Manager on Duty during service
• Supervise servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff
• Hire, train, and develop FOH team members
• Lead pre-shift meetings and daily service communication
• Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture
• Manage reservations, table flow, and service pacing
• Oversee scheduling and labor controls
• Ensure proper opening/closing procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized dining environment
• Maintain strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails
• Support beverage sales and guest education
• Assist with execution of wine and cocktail programs
• Use Restaurant365 and related systems
• Support scheduling, labor tracking, and reporting
• Help implement and maintain service standards
