About The Position

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a full-time and part-time FOH prep cook for a beautiful private school in Vail, CO. Come work with great people in an awesome and friendly work environment. We prepare quality food for students and staff. Great hours, weekly pay, and holidays off! Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. Summers off Special catering events may occur, and advance notice is given, which requires additional hours

Requirements

Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred.
Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!

Responsibilities

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences.
Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes.
Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).
