FOH/Server Manager We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House (FOH) / Server Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, motivate staff, and uphold the highest standards of service in a vibrant and customer-focused environment. Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of POS systems, reservation software, and basic financial management
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is a plus
  • Continuous walking and other means of mobility up to 8 hours a day
  • Stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time.
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push/pull and frequently lift/move up to 30 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and service flow
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance and professional development
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and tact
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in the dining area
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
  • Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
