About The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic Front of House Operations Director to join our team at Chick-fil-A. This is a hands-on operational leadership role where you will own the guest experience, equip leaders, and drive excellence on the front lines. This role and it's development plan is built for leaders experienced in high-volume, quick-service or similarly fast-paced environments. Requirements

  • 2+ years leading teams in a high-volume, systems-driven restaurant or service environment (QSR strongly preferred)
  • Experience in Chick-fil-A or a comparable high-volume, service-focused brand (e.g., In-N-Out, Raising Cane’s, Whataburger, Starbucks, etc.) is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to train, coach, and develop leaders
  • Confident communicator with strong command presence during busy shifts
  • Full-time open availability including Friday & Saturday
  • Passion for hospitality excellence and alignment with Chick-fil-A’s values

Responsibilities

  • Own real-time throughput across Drive Thru, Mobile Thru, and Front Counter
  • Lead leaders who manage speed-of-service metrics, labor deployment, and guest flow
  • Develop & improve systems that allow hospitality to scale at high volume
  • Managing a team of 50+ by setting clear expectations and holding people accountable to high standards
  • Implementing systems to improve productivity, reduce labor waste, and steward profitability
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Back of House to ensure smooth handoffs and seamless guest experiences
