Requirements

Can function effectively in a high-volume restaurant while multitasking and prioritizing tasks under pressure.
Help coordinate and guide the front of house team to ensure smooth service and high standards throughout the shift.
Model and promote excellent hospitality and efficiency.
Maintain a mindset focused on continuous learning and personal development.
Bring positive energy and a collaborative attitude to every shift.
Work independently when needed and communicate clearly with BOH and FOH teams.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols, including proper food handling, labeling, storage, and sanitation.
Set up, organize, replenish, and deep-clean all front of house facilities including service stations, professional work stations, tables & decor, restrooms, etc.
Demonstrate physical stamina and the ability to remain active throughout the shift.
Open availability is preferred, including nights and weekends.
Be able to support closing up, locking up, and arming the building
Must be able to lift over 20 lbs multiple times per shift.
