About The Position

The FOH Crew is a key member of the guest-facing team responsible for creating a warm, welcoming experience. This role supports daily operations by greeting guests, bussing tables, running food and beverages, and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant environment. As a tip-eligible, crew-level role, this position is essential in delivering seamless hospitality and supporting the restaurant's overall success.

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong guest service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome upon arrival.
  • Run food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests.
  • Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean dining area.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant, including floors, counters, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
  • Support team members and collaborate to ensure smooth shift operations.
  • Communicate effectively with BOH staff and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Follow Olive & Finch service standards and uphold brand values at all times.
