Requirements

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a restaurant setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food management practices, including safety regulations.
  • Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
  • Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
  • Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant management is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers effectively.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily drive-thru, front counter or kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Assist in managing kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru or kitchen area, including equipment and storage.
  • Monitor food costs and assist in budgeting for the kitchen department.
