About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Catering Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and accurate food service while providing a level of hospitality that exceeds guest expectations.

Requirements

• Valid TABC (Alcohol/Liquor Certification).
• Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to remain focused in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout the event.
• Knowledgeable of menu offerings.
• Thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided.
• Performs post event product inventory and restocks, as needed.
• Understands all event paperwork and reports.
• Adheres to location appearance and uniform guidelines.
• Employs good safety and sanitation practices.
• Follow responsible alcohol service policies.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
