As a Food Service Worker II you will prepare all grill and fried items in a sanitary/timely manner based on menu. You will pre-prepare and stock food items for use in the cafeteria grill area. You will demonstrate initiative to assist at steam table/salad bar/ beverage area during service periods. You will demonstrate, understand and practice safe food handling techniques 100% of the time including dating/labeling, time/temperature guidelines, and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points. You will greet and assist all customers/physicians with their food needs/selections in a courteous and polite manner that consistently meets their expectations. You will continuously practice service recovery skills as required. You will maintain a clean work area, following all cleaning schedules. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Some Food Service experience is desirable.
Food Handlers permit or must obtain during the first two weeks of hire date.

Responsibilities
