Position Summary Provide high-level human resources support to the International Directorate by assisting with manpower planning and staffing requirements funded through Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and supporting personnel/manpower management activities. Key Responsibilities · Lead/support manpower planning and staffing requirements funded through FMS. · Provide integrated support for personnel and manpower management activities supporting and sustaining the F-35 program. · Advise stakeholders on HR/manpower process execution and deliverables as required.
