About The Position
Position Summary Provide human resources support to the International Directorate by assisting with manpower planning and staffing requirements funded through Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and supporting personnel/manpower management activities.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in a relevant subject or discipline.
- Minimum 5 years performing duties described in the functional description.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Active Secret clearance, or ability to obtain/maintain Secret (interim may be acceptable per contract requirements).
Nice To Haves
- Federal human resources and/or manpower experience.
- Familiarity developing FMS manpower packages.
- Experience supporting international program offices or stakeholders (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Assist with manpower planning and staffing requirements funded through FMS.
- Provide integrated support for personnel and manpower management activities supporting and sustaining the F-35 program.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across the International Directorate as required.
