Role Summary Join the team at The Lodge at Blue Sky as a Fly Fishing & Sporting Clay Instructor for the 2026 summer season (May–September). This role is primarily focused on leading exceptional fly fishing experiences on and off property. You’ll instruct anglers of all skill levels in casting, presentation, fly selection, knot tying, and responsible fish handling while delivering a safe, engaging, and elevated guest experience. In addition to guiding fly fishing trips, you’ll support the broader adventure program by assisting with other activities such as sporting clays, hiking, and trail work. This is a seasonal position with potential opportunities for year-round employment based on performance and business needs.
