Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart within a regulated Financial Services / Insurance environment. This role requires strong hands‑on development experience, attention to performance and security, and the ability to collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, production‑grade mobile solutions.

Requirements

• Strong hands‑on experience with Flutter and Dart
• Experience building production mobile applications for both iOS and Android
• Experience with state management solutions such as BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and mobile/backend integrations
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, client‑facing environments

Nice To Haves

• Experience with native Android or iOS development for platform‑specific integrations
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for mobile application build and deployment
• Prior experience in Financial Services or Insurance environments
• Familiarity with mobile security, authentication, and compliance considerations

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
• Build responsive, reusable UI components for iOS and Android
• Ensure consistent user experience across devices, screen sizes, and platforms
• Integrate mobile applications with backend services using RESTful APIs and JSON
• Optimize application performance, stability, and memory usage
• Troubleshoot defects and support production issues as needed
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to enforcing coding standards and best practices
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning and delivery
• Ensure applications meet security, quality, and compliance standards required in regulated environments
