About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on marketing pro who loves building multi-channel campaigns that really deliver — generating qualified leads and driving revenue growth. If you enjoy managing marketing campaigns from start to finish, using smart strategies and tools (including AI!), this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in running multi-channel campaigns that get real leads and revenue results.
  • Comfortable with digital marketing tools and using AI for content campaigns.
  • Fluent level of English (C1+).
  • Focused on results — you like to measure your success with numbers and can share clear examples of your past wins.
  • Not interested in just 'branding' work or campaigns without specific goals. You want to make an impact.
  • Organized and great at managing projects, communicating, and working independently.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and running multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on bringing in sales qualified leads and growing revenue.
  • Using a mix of channels like content marketing, digital ads, events (both our own and external), email campaigns, and cold outreach.
  • Managing campaigns day-to-day to make sure they hit goals, stay on track, and deliver results.
  • Running content campaigns with AI tools and sharing content on social media, our website, and external platforms.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and finding ways to improve and get even better results.
  • Working closely with other teams to keep everything aligned with business goals.
