About The Position

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Define, manage, and execute the strategic roadmap for dyes and single color reagents in the flow cytometry reagents portfolio. Engage with OEM and future customers to support dye integration into their conjugates and enable new applications. Conduct market and customer research to identify unmet needs, emerging opportunities, and competitive landscape insights. Build business cases and data-driven recommendations to support portfolio growth and new dye and single color reagents investments. Work cross-functionally with R&D, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to support feasibility, market validation, and launch planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or business development within flow cytometry, fluorescent dyes, single color reagents or life sciences reagents.
  • Experience managing OEM partnerships, or technology collaborations.
  • Knowledge of flow cytometry workflows, multi-parameter panel design and dye applications.
  • Experience working in regulated clinical or diagnostic environments (e.g., IVD, CE-IVD, IVDR).

Nice To Haves

  • Masters or PhD degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Roadmap planning for reagents or dyes.
  • Business development, commercial partnership management, or enabling OEM programs.
  • Dye chemistry, conjugation technologies, or novel fluorescent applications.
